4. ENTRY: You must be a member of iWon to be eligible for the iWon August 2007 Monthly Prize Sweepstakes. By becoming an iWon member you incur no obligation. If you are not an iWon.com member you can become one by accessing the iWon.com home page at www.iwon.com and following the registration procedures stated.

By registering as a member of iWon you are also registering to be entered in the "iWon Monthly Sweepstakes" for August 2007. The entries you accumulate for the "iWon Monthly Sweepstakes" for the August 2007 drawing become the entries you will be credited with for this iWon August Monthly Prize Sweepstakes.

To be eligible to win any one of these prizes you must register for that specific prize. You may register to win any and all of the prizes, provided, you complete Five (5) separate registrations, one (1) for each prize.

You can only register once for each prize. More than one (1) registration for this or any Monthly Sweepstakes prize will result in forfeiture of all registrations by that registrant for that prize.

To register for the Sweepstakes, access the iWon.com home page at www.iwon.com and click on the Monthly Prize link in the Prize Central box on the home page. Then click on the "click here to enter" link on the prize you wish to register for. Complete all of the survey questions for that prize and follow the directions to submit your entry. Your answers to the questions will have no effect on your chances to win. Registration as both an iWon member and for this Sweepstakes must be received by September 1, 2007 at 4:59:59 a.m. (ET). Any other attempt at Internet or email registration is void.

You are registered for each prize, regardless of when during the Promotional Period your registration is received for that prize, and you will receive the same number of entries for that prize that you accumulate for the entire month of August in the iWon Monthly Sweepstakes for August 2007.

For trip prizes: Trip must be booked at least 60 days in advance, and completed by the one year anniversary date of the awarding of the prize, unless noted differently. In addition to those conditions stated above, travel/accommodation restrictions may apply including the following blackout periods 11/21/07-11/27/07 and 12/23/07-1/2/08. Actual value depends on dates and cities of departure. Winner and any guest must travel on the same itinerary. Any and all expenses not specified are solely the responsibility of the winner. Travel documentation is solely the responsibility of the winner. If trip cannot be taken as stated, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If winner is a minor winner must be accompanied on trip by parent or legal guardian. Rental car requires driver to be at least 25 years of age, have a valid driver's license and a valid major credit card. All taxes on the rental car are the responsibility of the winner. Recipient agrees to the normal terms and conditions of the car rental company. Recipient is responsible for gas, insurance; operating expenses and must return car to pickup point.

Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries for that prize. No assignment, transfer, conversion to cash or cash redemption or substitution of prize is permitted, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of comparable or greater value should prize become unavailable. If a prize is won by minor prize will be awarded in the name of or to minor's parent or legal guardian or as otherwise deemed appropriate by Sponsor. Taxes are solely the responsibility of winner.

To be declared a Winner, a Potential Winner from Canada will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a 4-function mathematical skill-testing question in no more than 5 minutes, the test to be administered by telephone. If a Potential Winner from Canada cannot be contacted and the skill test administered within five (5) days of notification, or the question is not correctly answered, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winners (and winners parents or legal guardians both on behalf of themselves and minor, if winner is a minor) must complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to return documents timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification may result with an alternate winner selected.

For trip prize, winner's travel companion must complete, execute and return a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents; and if travel companion is a minor, minor's parent or legal guardian who must travel with minor must execute Releases.

By accepting prize, where permitted by law, winner (and winners parents or legal guardians both on behalf of themselves and minor, if winner is a minor) grants to Sponsor, which grant will be confirmed in writing upon request of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and related companies, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, and without notice, approval or review. By accepting a prize a winner (and winners parents or legal guardians both on behalf of themselves and minor, if winner is a minor) agrees that any grant of permission to use the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information, as stated above, may be secured by Sponsor electronically, for example by email, and such email secured permission will have the same force and effect as if that permission had been secured in a written document which was physically executed by the winner.

Further, each participant and winner (and winners parents or legal guardians both on behalf of themselves and minor, if winner is a minor) releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, SCA, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes.

Void where prohibited.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or web site; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the web site, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry or registration methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrants using such methods.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Sponsor, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and select the winners from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as Sponsor may deem fair and appropriate.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective.
